This was a pretty simple dish we whipped up after we picked up some ahi steaks from the Fresh Market. I then combined some fresco peppers, scallions, and shiitaki mushrooms into a box of egg noodles. The tuna is quick too... you don't have to cook tuna too long. The salad is simple, just add walnuts, goat cheese, tomato and cilantro to a package of spring mix. Tuna was the jewel though... but watch out, sesame seeds pop in oil!
