Here is a pizza we made the other night - we just replaced the regular 'ole tomato sauce with some spicy peanut thai sauce. We topped it with blackened chicken, (I cooked mine in a skillet - it's too cold outside to grill) shitaki mushrooms, carrots, peanuts, red onion, and mozzarella and asiago cheeses. We threw with some cilantro on after it came out of the oven. The crust is a whole wheat crust that is super easy to make and you can get two pies out of it (make one now and free one for later). Add the toppings to the crust and bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes. This was a really awesome pizza!
