Blogger friends! As promised here is the coveted salmon sandwich. This is ridiculously easy to make, so requires no recipe break down. First you take two slices of bread (for me it's double-protein of course), then your leftover salmon, spinach leaves, wasabi mustard, and blue cheese— and you got a sandwich. Oh wait, the key to the whole thing is the dill mayonnaise. Take your standard light mayo, add a ton of dill to it and stir. The flavors on the sami mesh very nicely, especially with the dill salmon.
